Farah Khan’s mother cynical about daughter’s acting debut

Farah Khan’s phone hasn’t stopped ringing ever since the first teaser of her acting debut Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi was released. The choreographer, director, producer turned actress has been getting lot of praises for her acting debut. But what does her family feel?
Well her brother Sajid Khan and husband Shirish Kunder are praising her too, except her mother. Farah informs that her mother is a bit cynical about her acting debut at this age.“People are still calling me after watching Shirin Farhad… promo, even my mum called. But she wants to know who will watch this film? Mothers,” said Farah.
Shirin Farhad… is an unusual love story in which Farah is paired opposite Boman Irani. Farah plays a role of 40 plus unmarried Parsi woman. Though Farah isn’t too keen to continue with her acting, we hope she manages to surprise her mother with her acting talent.
